We’re here to help people grow in confidence and ability every day. We offer support for Victorians of all backgrounds – from a Hellenic-Australian perspective.
HDSV provides guidance and support to enrich and sustain a more fulfilling life. We help people build the skills and resilience needed to live as independently and confidently as their unique circumstances allow.
We have, for over 30 years, been helping people across Victoria live well, stay connected, and reach thier individual goals. We offer support for all NDIS participants: Self, Plan, and Agency-managed.
HDSV provides three main levels of service – support coordination for those who are capable in their day to day life, but are in need of specific areas of support from trusted providers; in-person support for those who require face-to-face, personal support from skilled and experienced team members; and supported independent living which provides clients with 24/7, in-home support.
Our support staff use the same system that they encourage their clients to use when approaching a choice in their day-to-day life: the traffic light system. Better choices and outcomes are achieved when this simple process is consistently applied.
